MEET THE OWNER

 Meet Christian, the owner of Ironsmith Barbell in Leland, NC. For the past 8 years, he has been serving in the Active Duty United States Marine Corps.  During his service, he trained individual Marines and groups in areas like high intensity tactical training, strength and performance, injury prevention, weight loss, lifestyle changes, and more. He has experienced combat deployments, countless training operations, completed martial arts instructor courses, obtained strength and conditioning certifications and started a business.  As a strength coach, he assists people in achieving their fitness goals, offering personalized programs and access to a cutting-edge training facility. In his free time, Christian enjoys working out, listening to Joe Rogan, fishing, and just being out on the water.
